Ray is responsible for overseeing all strategy and operations of the organization, promoting activities and regularly evaluating the performance of the organization in achieving its mission. His vision of connecting people and cultures through the arts has become a reality through the various programs and initiatives offered by Induz.


Ken Morris

Outreach Director

Ken Morris joined Induz Board as Director of Outreach to evangelize and reach out to prospective partners. Ken has more than 20 years of business development and general management experience having worked in technology companies internationally and in the US. A firm believer in giving back to the community, he has been actively involved in various organizations and community groups helping their fundraising and special projects.

Parneet Gandhi


Being a Certified Public Accountant by profession, Parneet handles financial aspect of Induz. She has started her own CPA practice and is a Director and Co-founder of KG Group CPA Inc. Parneet’s belief in the mission of Induz made her interested in the organization. Being a mom of two kids herself, she understands the value of art and its impact on the overall development of kids.

Vikram Kohli


Vikram works with the Board on developing Awards and Recognition programs. He also coordinates the pageant entry & ticketing at various Induz events. In his professional career, Vikram works as a Financial Advisor / Planner. He envisions Induz programs to expand to areas such as Photography, Music, Computer Graphics and across geographic boundaries as well.

Anupam Parganiha

Marketing Director

Anupam brings the Marketing/Brand mindset to all Induz activities. Anupam with his Sales and relationship background brings insight and measurement from this perspective. He currently works at MphasiS where he manages some of client relationships. Anupam believes that creativity is essential for success in the future and all kids should be given the opportunity to nurture and develop creativity via arts.

Dylan Swift

Facilitator, Project Manager

With years of experience in app development and team management, Dylan coordinates the communication, logistics, and execution of Induz strategic initiatives. Recognizing his passion for art early on, Dylan’s parents enrolled him in piano instruction at age 3. After receiving scholarships for excellence in literature and jazz performance, Dylan graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in Broadcast Communications and Electronic Arts in 2011. He went on to develop hit video games based on Warner Brother’s The Hobbit, Paramount’s The Godfather, Universal’s The Fast and the Furious, and Disney’s Marvel franchises. Recognizing the advantages that a robust art education played in his life, Dylan utilizes tech industry solutions to provide the underprivileged with an affordable education.

Project Coordinator

Lailani first joined Induz as an intern in 2013. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Social action. As part of the Induz team, she has assisted in many areas such as program coordination, administrative work and growing the organization’s online presence. Her background as an artist and musician has led her to become an advocate for the arts. She hopes to inspire and raise awareness of the integration of arts education in our children’s school.
